The Atelier Agreement

Effective as of April 2026

1. Introduction

By engaging with Vedanam, you enter a digital atelier curated for discovery. Usage of our platform implies consent to these terms. We curate perspectives, not just data; your interaction should reflect that same intentionality.

2. Intellectual Property

Every itinerary, narrative description, and visual asset within the atelier is the property of Vedanam or its respective curators. Reproduction without express written consent is a violation of the atelier's ethos and legal framework.

Note for Curators: Your private itineraries remain yours until listed on the Marketplace.

3. Marketplace Conduct

When listing an itinerary for sale, you grant Vedanam a non-exclusive license to showcase your curation. All transactions within the marketplace are final. Vedanam reserves the right to remove curations that do not meet the aesthetic or quality standards of the atelier.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vedanam acts as an ethereal curator. While we verify our "Natural Wonders," we are not responsible for the physical logistics, safety, or real-world changes at destination sites. Your journey is your own.
